Job Description

Role Summary & Vision The company is developing a cloud-based HR Tech SaaS product that covers 14 essential HR modules, including recruitment, workforce management, expenses, time tracking, and end-to-end HR processes ("hire to retire"). The vision is to integrate AI/ML capabilities into the product, making it a cutting-edge solution in the AI-driven B2B SaaS space. Candidate Expectations Experience: 10-15 years in coding, AI research, and product development. Tech Background: Must be hands-on in Python, preferably with experience in C++. Startup & Leadership: Prior founder/co-founder experience is preferred, ideally someone who has built a product from scratch (whether successful or not). Full Stack Capability: Must have worked as a coder, senior developer, and architect, and have exposure to AI & data science. Hands-on Role: This is an individual contributor role for the first yearsomeone who can independently build the product without a team. Future Growth: Building Ai team from scatch. Key Selection Criteria Must be a self-coderno delegation initially. Passion for buildingwilling to work intensely in the first year. Understanding of both tech & business aspects in SaaS (ERP, ATS, Business & Marketing Tools).,
