Qualification: MHA/MBA - Hospital Administration

Job Description :

• He/she shall be able to conduct internal audit as per the frequency decided
• He/she shall review the Audit process
• He/she shall be able to prepare meaningful data from Quality indicators.
• He/she shall be able to co-ordinate the implementation of quality systems.
• He/she shall be able to maintain the documents of all quality system procedures and work instructions.
• He/she shall be able to coordinate actions if required (field alerts, recalls) to senior management.
• He/she shall be able to participate in developing and implementing a hospital wide quality improvement and patient safety program.
• He/she shall be able to support continuous improvement initiatives at site to promote both efficient and compliant operations.
• He/she shall be able to validate and analyse the data collected by champions and identifying adverse trends and opportunities for further improvement
• He/she shall be able to manage the ACE/TASCC program (data collection, validation, uploading on lighthouse and appraising DMS/MS about the concerning areas) and working with ADMS/MS/consultants for clinical reviews
• He/she shall be able to Remind HoDs for closure of incidents raised by helping them in analysis and taking appropriate action.
• He/she shall be instrumental in conducting RCA in severe and sentinel events.
• He/she shall be able to review the comments endorsed by the HoDs and ADMS and closing them appropriately. Conducting RCA for severe incidents and sentinel events.
• He/she shall be able to work with senior management and HoDs in problem solving, trouble shooting, investigating critical incident etc. from time to time.
• He/she shall be able to nominate the hospital for various promotional events, opinion surveys and awards. Participating in group-wide activities for standardization, digitalization, mock survey, supporting.
