Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Basic Knowledge of web proxy flow, Secure RSA, AAA, MS SharePoint.
• Candidate with CCNA/MCSE/Red Hat will be given preference.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix/Cent OS/Windows Server OS.
• Should have knowledge / Experience in Firewall, Proxy, Multi factor authentication solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling.
• Knowledge of monitoring tool and process.
• L2 Troubleshooting skills on OS level.
• Team player and willing to work in 24*7 environment.
• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent.
• Familiar in network routing and network switch protocols, Wireshark, TCP/IP and technologies.
• Familiar with change management and ITIL processes
