Desired Candidate Profile

Proven work experience as a team leader in IT recruitments is must
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

Perks and Benefits

Mon to sat (9.30 to 6.30)
2nd and 4th sat will be off
fixed salary + Incentives + Mobile bill reimbursement
