The Scheron Hasler Group is seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager - Oracle ERP and Business Applications with solid experience in managing ERP projects and a proven background as a Oracle e-business suite Business Analyst. Main responsibilities: Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with Oracle ERP capabilities. Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documents. Plan, execute, and monitor ERP and business application projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, risks, and resource allocation. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Ensure alignment of ERP solutions with business goals and objectives. Ensure data migration, system integration, and testing are successfully executed. Coordinate post-implementation support, including user training, documentation, and system optimization. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as an Oracle E-Business Suite Business Analyst (mandatory) 3+ years of experience as Oracle ERP project manager incl. ERP system implementation(mandatory) Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Fluent in written and oral English.
