Project Description Responsibilities - Creation of a Test pack, which would be relevant to Corp Actions - Execution of the test cases - Defect management - Result of the executed Test cases [ Pass, Fail ] - Any new requirements to be suggested, as identified GAP. Skills Must have Overall 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, post-trade & Corporate Actions - Experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry in the Finance domain. - Knowledge of Capital Market activities, Financial Products, and Financial Terminologies is a must. - Understanding of the Trade Life Cycle. - Thorough understanding of the complete Software Development Lifecycle - Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, and inclination to constantly upgrade on new technologies and frameworks. - Good communication, good interpersonal skills and coordination activities, self-motivation, and inclination to constantly upgrade on new developments in the industry. - Ability to understand business requirements easily and translate them into functional requirements. - Capability to understand and analyze complex IT applications and financial product structures. - Excellent documentation ability. - Have experience in preparing requirement specifications and performing UAT.
