Location: Hyderabad Harness Design Engineer About the Role: Svaya Robotics seeks a technically oriented candidate with good experience in design complete power train of Robot controller Box and design of wiring harness for Robotic Arm in CREO Software. The same harness details have to be implemented on the hardware controller box and the Robotic Arm. Key Responsibilities Design of Power train for the Robot Controller Box and the wiring harness to Robotic Arm. Will have to perform hand calculations and arrive at suitable selection of wire gauge. Perform power calculations and the heat loss calculations in the selected wires. Cable detailing have to be carried out in 2D wire diagrams and 3D wire diagrams. Identify the suitable connectors and the associated crimping tools. Establish cable assembly procedure and to carry out the cable crimping using crimping tools. Actively participate in discussion with cross-functional team members to execute the assigned task with in the time limitations Essential Qualifications B.Tech/B.E in Electrical & Electronics Engineering 3+ years of Experience in wiring harness design and development Expert level skills in CREO Proficiency in understanding 2D and 3D CAD drawings,
