JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

Position: Foreman.

Location: Pan India.

Industry Type: Construction /Engineering /Cement/Metals.

Experience: 1-10 Years.

Languages: Hindi, Telugu, English.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

Male candidate with an I.T.I in Any Stream/Any Graduation in any Specialization and 1-10 years of experience in the Construction Industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervision of Civil work, finishing work taking out Quantities, Quality Control of materials for use, and Preparing Progress reports.
• Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed as per specifications.
• Day-to-day monitoring of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Direct construction operations and maintained activities at the project site.
• Timely arrangements of the materials, Manpower & equipment needed for the work.
• Worked on estimation of materials required on the revised drawing Coordination of the consumption with the project management.
• Check the detailed survey and Layout of structures before the execution of construction activities.
• Report on progress to Seniors at Site and Office.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of experience as a Foreman in building projects.
• strong organizational and ownership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
