Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Define, execute, and lead the data science strategy in line with business needs Identify and implement data science initiatives to drive revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize costs Generate analytical insights for various healthcare processes including clinical, contact center and transactions Implement relevant solutions using various AI / ML techniques such as diagnostic, prescriptive and predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, Gen AI, agentic AI, etc. Utilize various data science tools to develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Partner with senior executives and other analytics teams to define project scopes and integrate data science across healthcare operations teams Manage the budget, establish project timelines, and define KPIs and metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of data science initiatives. Provide direction and guidance to a high-performing data science team, regularly assessing and sharing updates on team performance. Qualifications: Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field Proven experience in a senior data science role, preferably in healthcare Strong command of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI applications Experience with data science tools and platforms such as Python, R, SQL, and big data technologies Experience working with various advanced data science techniques: NLP, computer vision, Gen AI, agentic AI, etc. Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Experience with data governance and compliance Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically,
