Procurement/Purchase Executive Job in VENSA @ Vensa Infrastructure

Job Description

• Education Qualification            : Any Graduate
• Any Other Key skills required   : Quotation, Vendor Development, Negotiations
•  Industry preferred    :  Engineering & Construction

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• To drive the entire procurement cycle (Initiation, Quotation, Comparison, vendor empanelment, etc.) for all items for pan India projects.
• To finalize major packages for MEP like Electrical both high side and low side, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, STP/WTP, Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) package.
• To drive the procurement of Electrical equipment like DG Sets, Transformers, HT Panel, LT Panels, chillers, AHU, Pumps, for projects on pan India basis.
• To initiate procurement of bulk materials viz. cables, pipes, fittings, Site Consumables, Power tools, hardware Items, General Material etc.
• Vendor Development, Negotiations, Database Management.
• Should Have knowledge in reading drawings.
• To maintain all purchase related documents.
• Corresponding with vendors and follow up with them for timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts with the qualified suppliers and plan implementation to realize the value.
• Pro-actively access the material requirement and alert the respective project heads.
• Telugu, English & Hindi languages
