Job Description
- Lead the architectural design process for large-scale, complex projects, ensuring alignment with the clients vision and business objectives.
- Develop and review detailed architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Oversee the project lifecycle, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction phases.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability certifications
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, civil) to integrate design solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, presenting design proposals and progress reports to clients and decision-makers.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion within scope.
- Evaluate materials, products, and technologies to ensure project quality and sustainability.
- Drive innovation by staying updated with industry trends, software advancements, and cutting-edge building techniques.
