Your Role:
As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day HR operations. You will be responsible for handling various HR tasks, from managing employee records to helping with recruitment and onboarding. You will be the go-to person for all things HR-related, and your work will directly contribute to creating a positive experience for every employee.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Records & Documentation:
- Keep our HR systems up to date by maintaining accurate employee records.
- Prepare employee documents such as contracts, amendments, and other paperwork with care and attention to detail.
Recruitment Support:
- Work closely with the HR team to post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Welcome new employees with a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
- Assist in conducting exit interviews and ensure a thorough offboarding process.
Employee Benefits & Payroll Assistance:
- Help manage employee benefits like health insurance, leave, and more.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring all data is accurate and timely.
HR Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure our HR processes comply with local laws and regulations, always maintaining confidentiality.
- Organize and manage employee files, keeping everything in order and easily accessible.
HR Operations & Support:
- Help coordinate performance reviews, training programs, and other HR initiatives.
- Be the friendly face and go-to person for employee inquiries about HR-related matters.
General Administrative Support:
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Keep track of office supplies and help maintain a smooth HR workflow.
Who You Are:
- You are a people person. You love supporting others and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
- You have 1-3 years of HR administration experience and are eager to learn and grow in the field.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- You have a good understanding of HR processes and enjoy helping with all aspects of HR operations.
- You are a great communicator, and you know how to keep things professional while maintaining a warm, approachable tone.
- You are proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (bonus points if you have used them before!).
