- About the role: We are looking for an experienced designer with hands on expertise in design and development of industrial solutions This role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions and system design to surpass customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Creative UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions, complemented by hands-on experience in frontend development. Proficient in creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces using React for web applications, ensuring responsive and dynamic user experiences. Skilled in crafting cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter, delivering a seamless and cohesive look and feel on both iOS and Android devices. Adept at employing modern design tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes. Strong understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing for efficient collaboration with developers and bridging the gap between design and technical implementation. Experienced in applying best practices for accessibility and usability, ensuring products are inclusive and easy to navigate for all users. Keeps up with the latest trends in UI/UX design and frontend frameworks to create innovative and forward-thinking designs that meet the evolving needs of users. Engages in continuous learning and development to master new tools and technologies that enhance the design and development process. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
