Position: Deputy Manager - Body Shop Maintenance - Chakan, Pune Location: Chakan, Pune Qualifications: BE/ Diploma (Electrical/ Mechatronics) Responsibilities: Experience in handling of automobile Weld/Body shop maintenance operations. Hands on experience and knowledge of working on various types of weld shop equipment like EMS system, Spot welding guns, Stud welding machine, MIG welding machine, Stud/Nailing robots, Conveyors, Battery operated tools etc. Knowledge of industrial safety norms and working protocols. Good knowledge and hand on experience of KUKA robots like program teaching, Mastering, troubleshooting, I/O interfacing, new program making, Robot image and archive backup monitoring, Knowledge of robot co-ordinate system, KRC4 controller equipment's knowledge etc. Clear understating on breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Maintenance KPIs measuring parameters like MTTR, MTBF, Availability and OEE. Good presentation and soft skill, communication skill and basic email etiquettes, manpower management and mentoring skill. PM scheduling and execution work Team handling and management @ 30-35 nos Knowledge of SAP and spare part procurements and management. Well understanding of IMS, QMS, EMS audit relevant activities on shop floor. Knowledge about PLC, Automation and electrical system. Clear concepts Mechanical, Hydraulics and Pneumatics system.
