Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for contract roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Ensure timely submission of profiles and follow up effectively to close positions within specified timelines.
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate smooth onboarding.
Track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
2-7 years of experience in contract staffing.
Strong understanding of different hiring models and sourcing strategies.
Proficiency in using ATS systems and job portals like Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn. Experienced in latest recruitment stratergies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
