- Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Expert (F&A - P2P, O2C, R2R) Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive optimization and transformation of our clients Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation across all Finance & Accounting (F&A) functions. This role requires deep expertise in P2P, O2C, Cost Accounting, R2R, Customer Care, FP&A, and related financial processes. The ideal candidate will conduct a comprehensive study of the clients newly implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, identify gaps and optimization opportunities, and ensure the best and most effective utilization of cutting-edge Oracle Fusion features, including AI/ML-based automation, Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and advanced analytics. This leader will work closely with client stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal teams to deliver strategic recommendations and oversee the implementation of high-impact improvements. The role demands strong technical, functional, and leadership capabilities to drive an optimized, compliant, and future-ready ERP setup, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities in the existing Oracle Fusion Cloud setup and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency, automation, and compliance. Develop a strategic roadmap for optimizing and enhancing Oracle Fusion Cloud functionalities, ensuring alignment with the clients business objectives. Partner with the clients Oracle implementation team and business stakeholders to drive adoption of best practices, automation, and advanced Oracle Fusion capabilities. Drive process enhancements by implementing solutions such as: AI-driven financial insights for improved decision-making and forecasting accuracy. Machine learning-based forecasting to optimize financial planning and predictive analysis. Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) for automated invoice processing, improving touchless invoicing efficiency. OCR-based supplier invoice processing to enhance invoice data capture and accuracy. RPA-driven workflow automation to eliminate manual interventions in invoice approvals and processing. Smart approvals and predictive analytics to streamline approval workflows and reduce cycle time. Real-time anomaly detection utilizing Oracle Fusions embedded AI/ML capabilities. Vendor management and spend analytics optimization to improve procurement efficiency and contract compliance tracking. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of approved transformation initiatives. Monitor, measure, and report business impact and ROI of process enhancements and ERP optimization efforts. Ensure regulatory compliance, security, and risk mitigation while recommending system and process improvements. Stay ahead of Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, innovations, and industry trends to proactively advise on enhancements that align with the clients evolving needs. Lead and mentor a team to support execution of process improvements and system enhancements. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 15+ years of experience in ERP design & implementation, with a strong focus on Finance & Accounting transformation. Proven track record in leading ERP optimization and finance transformation projects at a senior level. Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud F&A modules, including: Order-to-Cash (O2C): Auto cash processing, advanced collections, lockbox automation, credit risk management, and revenue recognition enhancements. Cost Accounting & FP&A: Financial forecasting, AI/ML-driven cost allocation and budgeting, predictive analytics, scenario modelling. Record-to-Report (R2R): Journal automation, auto-reversals, intercompany accounting automation, compliance validation, currency translation, and financial consolidation. Customer Care & Revenue Recognition: Contract-based billing, subscription management automation, customer credit scoring, and dispute resolution tracking. Strong techno-functional expertise, with the ability to translate business needs into ERP configurations, automation solutions, and AI-driven enhancements. Experience working with Oracle Fusion implementation teams and driving system-wide optimizations. Expertise in process automation, AI/ML-driven financial insights, real-time analytics, and RPA-based workflow automation within Oracle Fusion. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment. Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to engage at C-level and drive change. Oracle Fusion certifications (such as Oracle Financials Cloud, Procurement Cloud, or SCM Cloud) are highly preferred. Thanks Sharat Yerra,
