Job Description
- Role : Salesforce Experience Cloud QA Tester Experience: 2-3 Years Location: Chennai / Bangalore Shift Timings: US shift 8pm to 5am IST Job Summary & Requirements/Qualifications: A bachelors degree with minimum of 2-4 years as QA Engineer with software testing experience that includes minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (including Community Cloud and Customer Portal) testing Must have Strong analytical and communication skills Must have In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies Testing Expertise Work experience in the Salesforce Experience Cloud Builder Sites, CRM features, CMS Basics, and ability to perform the integrated tests with the allied/aligned applications. Designing and executing comprehensive test cases - functional, regression, performance and usability testing Ability to identify and document defects clearly and effectively Understanding the Agile methodologies and QA role within scrum team. Responsibilities Responsible for developing the Test Cases, learn automation tool Tosca to develop and maintain the test suites Identifying and developing the functional, regression, usability, performance and cross browser compatibility. Executing the test cases and log defects for the uncovered issues with detailed documentation containing the test data, pre-requisite and test evidence. Work Collaborative with the BA team to understand the requirement queries and convert them to effective test cases and test strategies Work with developers to the defect resolution and progress through the bug life cycle. Conduct usability testing of the UI interface (like Navigation, Layout and interaction design) Collaborate with Business Analyst and other QA team members to ensure the Quality standards and testing methodologies. Proactively communicating the testing progress, findings and risks to the stakeholders Able to do testing with multiple markets website Communication and Collaboration Good in verbal and written communication skills to work with cross functional teams Ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Desirable skills nice to have Automated testing frameworks Workbench and SOQL knowledge.,
