- Meet the Team As part of the Finance Systems & Transformation Office, FTO's Mission is to drive Business Value for Finance and Enterprise Partners through continuous, focused and collaborative transformation towards special finance systems, tools, processes and business insights. You will be part of the Digital Transformation Office which is responsible for RPA & AI initiatives across Finance. Your role will focus exclusively on AI for Finance, targeting key business value drivers. These include accelerating growth and improving customer retention through enhanced cross/up-sell strategies, and boosting speed-to-value in demand and revenue forecasting for better business insights. You will also work on growing productivity by reshaping enterprise functions, optimizing pricing strategies to identify revenue opportunities, and enhancing financial decision-making for effective sales growth. Additionally, the role involves strengthening risk management and compliance by proactively addressing regulatory requirements with continuous monitoring. By identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions that address critical business challenges, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical feasibility. This ensures that AI initiatives deliver tangible value and align with the overall Finance Transformation Strategy, ultimately giving to the evolution of Finance operations by using AI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making . Your Ro leAI Strategy & Roadmap Developmen t:Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the organization's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objective s.Prioritize AI use cases with the highest potential ROI and develop implementation roadmap s.Stakeholder Management & Communicati onEffectively convey AI value propositions to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior leadersh ipBuild and maintain strong relationships with key partners across the Finance organizatio n.Business Process & Solution Desi gnAnalyze business processes to identify AI-driven improvement opportunitie s.Design and architect scalable, cost-effective AI solutions including data pipelines, model selection and deployment strategie s.Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to translate business requirements into technical specification s.Innovation & Leadersh ipStay abreast of AI advancements and recommend innovative solutions for their potential applications within the Finance domai n.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the implementation of AI initiatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environmen t.Serve as the key point of contact for AI-related initiatives, leading cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business partner s.Project Management & Delive ryOversee the implementation of AI projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standard s.Develop frameworks for measuring the effectiveness and value of AI solutions implemented within the busines s.Facilitate organizational change, guiding teams through the adoption of AI technologies and ensuring smooth transition s.Minimum Qualificatio nsBachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. Over 7 years in business architecture or strategy consulting with 3+ years in AI implementatio n.Validated leader in AI initiatives with measurable business improvements; strong in business process transformation, especially in finance and other industries like healthcare and retai l.Expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, and data analytics, with understanding of SDLC and AI/ML project lifecycl e.Knowledgeable in data landscapes, including types, storage, ETL processes, governance, and familiar with AI development frameworks, cloud platforms, and enterprise software integratio n.Strong problem-solving skills, deep eye for business, and tried collaboration abilities in fast-paced environment s.Preferred Qualificatio nsProficiency in deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision technologie s.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in agile team environments; relevant certifications are beneficia l.AI-related certifications are advantageou s. #WeAreCi sco#WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for a ll.Our passion is connectionwe celebrate our employees diverse set of backgrounds and focus on unlocking potential.
