Automation and Analytics is responsible for partnering within the business and across Finance teams to provide financial and strategic analysis, coordination of and analytics for budgeting and forecasting, macroeconomic scenario design and distribution, and strategic program management and execution. Also helps drive and improve automation, simplification of processes, and the enhancement of analytics. This position is responsible across a broad spectrum of strategic processes and initiatives while managing and executing the automation and analytics requirements Role This jobholder will be responsible to lead the Automation initiatives for corporate finance team which will include Building and maintaining tools that run analysis and modelling Identify, direct, build, and maintain process improvement and automations including planning & analysis financial reporting dashboards to increase operational efficiency o Development and Maintenance of Alteryx/Tableau etc process workflows and Dashboards Support ad-hoc special financial analytical projects and requests as needed Produce presentations, analysis and supporting materials for senior management that summarize plans and progress Provide timely and concise updates and escalate issues as appropriate Create Predictive analytics models All About You Analytical skills for analysing large datasets, identifying patterns and trends, as well as extracting insights to support decision-making Strong problem-solving ability Proficient in Data analytics The candidate should be proficient in Tableau, SQL, R and Python. Should be highly proficient in Excel; Knowledge of machine learning algorithms is preferred. Expertise in Analytical and Visualization tools like Alteryx, Tableau Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Financial domain experience in an international organization. Experience in financial modelling Able to manage workload in hectic times in a fast-pacing environment,
