Senior Business Development Manager (Web3) Blockchain, Crypto, DeFi Experience: 5+ Years Location: Indore | On-site | Immediate Joiner Industry: Blockchain | Crypto | Web3 Job Overview: MentTech is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (Web3) to lead business growth in Blockchain, DeFi, Crypto Exchanges, and NFT markets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web3 partnerships, smart contracts, and decentralized technologies, with a strong ability to establish and expand client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business growth strategies for blockchain, DeFi, crypto exchanges, and NFT projects. Build and manage relationships with crypto startups, blockchain projects, DAOs, and Web3 communities. Drive B2B partnerships with DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, and Layer 1 & Layer 2 blockchain ecosystems. Engage with VC firms, investors, and blockchain accelerators to secure funding opportunities. Represent MentTech at blockchain conferences, Web3 events, and industry networking forums. Track market trends, tokenomics, and regulatory landscapes to identify new business opportunities. Work closely with development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with technical capabilities. Manage client relationships and sales pipelines using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce). Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience in business development within Web3, Blockchain, or Crypto. Deep understanding of DeFi, NFTs, Smart Contracts, DAOs, and crypto trading platforms. Strong expertise in Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, and other blockchain platforms. Familiarity with Web3 tools like MetaMask, OpenSea, Etherscan, and DEX aggregators. Proven success in closing high-value deals and securing strategic partnerships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
