Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible to ensure sales and customer acquisition targets
Optimize cost and productivity of Jio Centre
Ensure seamless operation and administration of Jio Centre
Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and commercial controls
Obtain permissions required for project execution
Liaison with channel partners to enhance productivity
Provide action plan for customer retention and feedback
Manage, coach and motivate team members members
Desired Candidate Profile
Team Management - capable to handle a large team 100+ Staff (Onroll & Offroll)
Managing profit and loss
Project management skills, Team management skills
Age Criteria - Below 35 Years
Influencing and negotiation skills, Cross functional expertise
*Telecom Experience will be an added advantage
Candidate should be able to relocate any location in Telangana & Able to speak Local Language (Telugu).
