Job Description
- The Senior Manager - Investor Relations fosters and improves relations between an organization and its shareholders as well as the general financial community in order to maximize the value of the organizations stock. The person plans and directs all aspects of an organizations investor relations policies, objectives, and initiatives. The role will be reporting to the Chief of Investor Relations and Mergers & Acquisitions. Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with various departments for the development of investor relations materials including investor presentations, press releases, factsheets and other corporate materials. Worked extensively with the Corporate Communication, Company Secretary and Finance team to conduct Annual General Meetings of the. Key point of contact for the financial community including existing and potential equity investors, credit investors, , ESG Ratings agencies etc Articulate Investment cases and update the same on the sector and company pages Content management including ESG/Sustainability for External Communications, announcements etc Closely involved in investor communications around corporate actions related to M&A, Capital Markets, Funds Raise and Corporate Strategy. Competitive intelligence of peer companies, quarterly results analysis and Investor feedback to the senior management. To increase and sustain investor and other stakeholder confidence by giving them accurate and timely information regarding the company's financial and operating performance. Communicate proactively and build relationships with current investors and analysts, and target potential new investors and analysts; Serve on Disclosure Committee to ensure consistency in disclosures and messaging. Respond to inquiries from investors, analysts, and members. Develop IR Plan to expand and enhance coverage of the company. Education & Experience: CA/CFA/MBA with Top B Schools Minimum of 10yrs experience -Ideally from investment banking or equity research/ research analysts within healthcare sector Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Established credibility with the investment community and healthcare technology and/or the biotechnology industry Collaborative style working across internal and external teams; Direct work experience in the investment community on the buy or sell-side; High literacy in financial statements and valuation models,
