- Job Title: Project Coordination & Estimation Manager Location: Noida Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Coordination & Estimation Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and cost estimation for our electrical execution projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring seamless execution of commercial and industrial electrical projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Plan and oversee the execution of electrical projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Estimation & Costing: Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including materials, labor, and overheads. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine project costs. Source and evaluate vendor quotations to ensure cost optimization. Assist in bid preparation and pricing strategies for tenders and proposals. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain proper documentation for project execution, billing, and procurement. Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Work with the procurement team to optimize cost efficiency and timely material procurement. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in project coordination and estimation for electrical projects. Strong knowledge of electrical execution for commercial and industrial projects. Proficiency in estimation tools, AutoCAD, and project management software. Proficiency in MS Office.
