Job description:

This company is looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer & Digital Sales Person to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. The Candidate would be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

 

Sales , Tele sales / Digital Sales Executive. - Job Responsibilities

 

• Business Development 
• Generate leads to develop business from different sources.
• Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.
• Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the prospects' status.
• Making outbound calls to generate leads.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
• Follow up with incoming leads.
• Establish, develop, and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.
• Book an appointment for the field sales team with an emphasis on high-quality leads.
• Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the company's products and services. Competencies / Skill Requirements
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Should possess good listening skills and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Good MS Office knowledge.
• Any Industry Client and Customer Service Experience is an added advantage.

 

Target-Oriented Experience Required: 1 -7 year.

 

Minimum Qualification Required: Undergraduate / Graduation / bachelors degree.
