Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support to our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement with our products and services. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
• Stay informed about product updates, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist in translating customer feedback for product improvement and development.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is preferred.
