Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with
overall marketing and business goals.
o Identify target audiences and tailor content to resonate with their specific
interests and needs.
o Set clear, measurable goals for social media performance (engagement,
reach, website traWic, conversions).
o Plan and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent
flow of high-quality content.
o Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, emerging platforms, and
best practices, especially within the beauty and personal care industry.
o Create engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, stories,
reels, etc.) that reflects our brand identity and values.
o Write compelling and platform-appropriate captions that encourage
interaction.
o Source and curate user-generated content (UGC) to build community and
authenticity.
o Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers as
needed.
o Actively engage with our followers, responding to comments, messages,
and inquiries promptly and professionally.
o Foster a positive and interactive online community around our brand.
o Run contests, giveaways, and other interactive campaigns to drive
engagement and follower growth.
o Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (primarily on
Facebook, Instagram, and potentially other platforms) to achieve specific
objectives (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, website traWic, sales).
o Develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with campaign goals.
o Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and make data-driven
adjustments to maximize ROI.
o Manage social media advertising budgets eWectively.
o Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics using platform
analytics tools and other relevant software.
o Identify insights and trends to inform future strategies and optimize
performance.
o Provide regular reports to management on social media performance and
key learnings.
o Regularly proposing and conducting A/B test on diWerent post, copy, and
content.
o Always researching new and upcoming platforms for marketing.
