Roles & Responsibility :

• Drive quality projects with an objective to improve Process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify key opportunity areas for operations and drive improvement initiative (Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma)/ Transformation/Automation projects) to attain process excellence.
• Identifying weaknesses and gaps in the existing practices & facilitate process improvement.
• Mentor Lean Six Sigma Projects/Kaizen for the allocated processes in the LOS.
• Conduct Lean Six Sigma trainings to develop Quality Culture within the Organization.
• Aligned as a bridge between Client & Operations, to understand the business CTQ & delight the Clients.
• Perform End to End process study to establish KPI with responsibility matrix.
• Responsible for process Base lining, measure the process capability & redesign the process by using Six Sigma tools & Lean methodologies for reducing the waste (NVA) and to optimize the utilization of the resources.
• Ready to travel to other office location for driving key projects.
  

Skills sets needed.

• Full time MBA | B.Tech from reputed college
• Knowledge about six sigma and certification
• Good Communication skills verbal as well as written.
• Good Assertiveness and interpersonal skills.
• Can join immediate
• Mumbai based candidates only.

Work Location : MIDC/Seepz- Andheri (East).
