We are seeking a proactive and experienced Telecalling Team Lead to manage and guide a team of telecallers toward achieving their performance goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the telecalling team, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in coaching team members, monitoring calls, and identifying training needs to improve individual and team performance.
Your responsibilities will include setting daily targets, motivating the team to meet and exceed goals, handling escalated calls or issues, and preparing performance reports for senior management. You will also be involved in hiring, onboarding, and training new telecallers in coordination with the HR team.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or telecalling, along with at least one year in a team lead or supervisory role, is essential.
