Roles and Responsibilities
- Work on multiple frameworks basis reviews and evaluation of material made available
- Optimize search engine results to user needs determining the relevancy of search result
- Collate and maintain large volumes of data for audit and assurance purposes
- Research and analyse on online shopping aspects
- Thorough understanding of Frameworks and guidelines
- Read and interpret reviews on merchants sites and products
- Explore website and e-commerce platforms
- Strictly adhering to project deadlines
- Work closely with Team Manager to maintain data integrity, hygiene and quality
- Provide key insights based on trends -
- Independent assessment of trends basis data worked upon
- Specific research methodology and rationale of decisions prescribed as a part of project plan
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
General Qualifications
- Versatile written communication abilities, suitable for various formats and purposes
- Graduate in streams of Business and management with mathematics and Statistics
- Freshers or 0-6 months of experience in similar field - Ecommerce/ Marketing
- Solution oriented and focused on achieving 100 % client satisfaction
- Ability to work as a team and demonstrate collaborative culture
- Quick learning and understanding of complex processes
- Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics
- Ability to Create Effective Data Visualizations and Presentations using Google Tools
- Comfortable working in a rapidly-changing environment
- This role requires flexible shifts (including night shifts)

- Preferred skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and practices is highly valued
Prior experience in digital marketing could be an added advantage
Superior written communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy
Comprehension, reasoning, analytical thought process and elucidation of the same
Logical and cognition skills with good articulation
Broad understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce environment
Investigative skills to provide artefacts for driving logical outcomes
Quick learning and understanding of complex processes
Proven track record of writing reports consumed at executive level (structured writing and report building)

Data driven approach to answering questions and shaping a pov
Highly proficient in using tools commonly available online for research
Experience working in a B2B or B2C environment
