Hiring for International Non-voice(Email/Chat) process - Technical Support.

Qualification :Minimum 12th pass to Any degree Age limit up to 35years

Immediate Joiners preferred

Should have knowledge in technical - Troubleshooting and Networking .

Must have excellent communication in English

Work from office, If the candidate are ready to relocate to chennai can apply.

Need 1 year experience in international voice or Email/chat process

Job Profile: International Non Voice/ Blended (customer Support)

• Providing Technical support includes troubleshooting and networking in broadband services, television etc
• To provide e-mail /chat support to the customers
• Handling customer complaints
• Should be flexible for rotational night shifts
• 9 Hours rotational night shifts working including 1 hour break
• 5 days working and 2 days rotational week off
• Transport : Free Door step pick up and drop Cab facility is provided within 15km to 20km of boundary limit.

Location: Ramanujan IT city, Taramani ,Chennai.

International Non-voice process salary:

Experienced -18300 to 20600 (Take home) + performance Incentives
