Teleperformance is hiring for Team Leader for Outbound voice process

Position : Team Leader (Oubound)

Location : Malad (Work from Office)

Job Description:

Candidate should have Outbound customer service, Lead generation sales process or any voice process background knowledge in BPO and working as a Team Leader/ Lead in Operations department on papers for minimum 1 Year.

Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, data uploading & Data churning.

Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.

Excellent communication skill.

Shift: Day Shift

Week off : Sunday Fixed off.

Salary : Up to 4.5 lakhs PA
