Designation- AVP.
Role- HR - Employee Relations.
Company- Leading General Insurance Company.
Location- Hyderabad.
Work Days- 5.
Roles and Responsibilities:1. Engaging in interviews, to gauge candidate fitment with the company Values & Culture.
2. Engage with Key and build onemployeecamaraderie for the region.
3. Ensure retention of Key Performers, through strategic interventions and proactive planning.
4. Undertake & drive multipleemployeeengagement activities at a regional level.
5. Management of allemployeerelated Grievances for the assigned region.
6. Management of all Disciplinary Cases for the region. This would entail alignment with all statutory regulations, internal policies and stakeholder management.
7. Any additional HR assignments or Projects which may be initiated by the company.
Skill Sets Required:
1. Minimum 7 - 8 years of team handling experience intoEmployeeRelations/ Grievance Handling.
2. Good communication and presentation skills.
3. Exposure to handle POSH, Disciplinary Cases and Labour law.
