: Associate Sales Consultants at Elite Business Solution

Position Title: Associate Sales Consultants

Reports to: Team Leader

Function: Operations

Location: Sector 44 Gurgaon

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sell financial products and insurance policies to potential customers.
2. Engage with leads provided by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling.
3. Showcase the benefits of various insurance plans to interested customers.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.
5. Ensure seamless customer onboarding and address any queries or concerns.
6. Work collaboratively with the team leader and other team members to achieve sales targets.
7. Adhere to the company's policies and guidelines while promoting ethical sales practices.

Working Hours and Benefits:

1. Day Shift.
2. Six days working company with a weekly off based on roster; no fixed off.
3. Fixed salary plus high incentives.
4. Additional monetary incentives (confidential) based on performance.
5. Compensation & Benefits: The salary ranges from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview.
6. Employee benefits include Esic, Pf & Gratuity, as per applicable law, and group insurance coverage.
