Job Role:

Must have experience in recruitment(Contract & Permanent staffing)

Good communication skills required .

Sourcing the suitable and quality candidates from the target companies with the help of resources provided.

Sourcing the candidate through job portals like naukri and monster and also through network and reference.

Coordinating with them in weekday and weekends drive.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening and presentation)
