As an International Asst. Recruitment Manager at FM Axis, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent from all across India for our International Clients. You will work closely with Management to develop and execute international recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring executive to understand staffing needs for international positions.
Develop and implement effective international recruitment strategies and sourcing plans.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, etc. to attract talent.
Pre- Screen and interview candidates to assess fitment as per clients brief.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and
and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Provide guidance to candidates on visa and relocation processes.
Prepare regular reports on international recruitment activities and metrics.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelors Degree or Hotel Management etc.
Proven experience in international Hospitality recruitment.
Knowledge of global labor markets, immigration regulations, and visa processes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using Naukri, Shine, Digital Media etc.
Fluency in English .
