Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate has to Support through Chat.
The candidate has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
The candidate has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
The candidate should have the ability to build rapport with the customer.
The candidate should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for business.
Key Skills:
Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of ecommerce websites.
Should have basic knowledge of mobile/computing products.
Should possess effective Written & Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills.
Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM).
Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player.
Eligibility Criteria:
Undergraduate/Graduate (No backlogs & should not pursue any regular studies)
Minimum understanding of Customer Service & should have 1 year of experience in Customer support role.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates must be flexible with Working from Office
Willing to work in 24-7 shifts (Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts)
