Urgently Hiring Training Manager For Leading Life Insurance Company

Designation - Training Manager - Agency Channel / Direct Channel
Location - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar & Chandigarh
Salary - Upto 9 Lacs
Candidate must be working in Life Insurance currently
Candidate should have a minimum of 4-10 years of experience in Life Insurance Training domain

Job description
1. Imparting Training to sellers and Employees as per defined and agreed Man Days.
2. Providing right training inputs & Sales support to sellers - 2 days should be devoted towards training of employees.
3. Post Training, on line certification through Inquisitive, of sellers on the trained module to be completed - Once a quarter
3. Refresher training should be done before the certification & follow up with failed candidates should be completed
4. Create a robust Training team in circle by schilling the identified / shortlisted sales people so that they manage the training requirements of their clusters / branches
5. Drive traffic to E Learning platform / Micro site so that technology can be leveraged to maximize reach
6. Ensuring the measures of quality of business in Circle / that of mapped branches are above standards
7. Ensuring SPs in 100% of the branches and all regulatory records to be maintained audit ready
8. Traction of data on performance, publishing MIS, dashboard, calendars, EDMs etc. timely and effectively
9. Conduct Skill, Knowledge & compliance based training programs for the entire patch at regular intervals
10. Organize and make presentations in internal and external seminars.
11. Develop and manage certification processes, Implementing evaluation process - online and offline to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on product knowledge and skills of all the trainees.
