Location: 4th Block Koramangala
Qualification:- GRADUATION COMPLETED
Max age - 30 years
Salary structure:- Max upto
CTC 2.88LPA + INCENTIVES
Roles & Responsibilities:
Call Customers and collect personal loan overdue EMI & Charges
Understand customer queries and try to resolve.
Update daily achievement to supervisors
Achieve DRR and monthly targets set by the company
Ensure to follow proper phone etiquettes and communicate to Customers as per prescribed guidelines
Eligibility:
Experience in Tele calling, NBFC.
Good Communication Skills
Graduation
DRA certified
Spoken Language Proficiency: English, Hindi manageable and any One South indian language
