Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Running regular checks on network and data security
• Managing information technology and computer systems.
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Ensures the daily labour and equipment requirements are met with internal and/or external resources.
• Supervises and mentors IT staff to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provides outstanding customer service by establishing excellent working
• relationships with employees, external clients, and vendors.
• Other dues include completing software upgrades, developing methods to improve provided services, assisting with employee recruitment and training, answering client questions, and managing their expectations.

Education:

BSc in Computer Science, MIS or a similar field with a recognised IT industry certifications. (Cisco Certified Network Associate or similar)
Minimum of 10 years of experience with IT technologies including.
Configuring and maintaining Routers, Switches and network peripherals.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
Creating Access lists, VLANs, NAT, and inter-VLAN communications.
