Excellent opportunity as a "PRINCIPAL" from a established & reputed CBSE affiliated School located at Faridabad.

Position: Principal

Salary Range: 15 - 21 Lac PA

(Management of school is looking for Female Principal from Delhi NCR)

 

Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing & maintaining school policies; formulating, and revising educational programmes Setting objectives for curriculum and evaluation; undertaking continuous study and revision of curriculum guides.

Implementing instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences; ensuring strict adherence to guidelines of curriculum of CBSE.

Chairing faculty meetings; providing guidance & support for curriculum planning instructional goals, objectives & methods; setting plans for shaping the school's image throughout the community.

Developing educational standards & goals and educational quality management systems; establishing policies and procedures for smooth implementation.

Reviewing the pre-set educational goals, objectives, classroom instructional programs, established academic and other performance objectives.

Guiding students and teachers to achieve outstanding results in various Examinations, Inter school Events, Olympiads and Cultural activities.

Responding to the queries in a spontaneous manner, also counselling students & grooming them to attain their goals Evaluating curriculum, teaching methods & programs to determine their effectiveness and efficiency; ensuring that school activities complied with federal, state and local regulations.

Interacting and collaborating with students, parents, and the community to build an environment that maximizes student learning, academic performance, and social growth.

Resolving conflicts between students, teachers & parents.

 

Requirements:

Post Graduation & B.Ed.

Experience: Min.10 years as a teacher & 2 - 3 years as a Principal.

Knowledge of CBSE norms.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Leadership skills.

Should be able to teach any one or two subjects.

Tech savvy.

Strong in academics

Smart & Active.
