Supplier Integration Manager POSITION PURPOSE: From an ITSM perspective, the Supplier Managers (SMs) are the second escalation point for the Bayer IT Ecosystem when service delivery failures occur, i.p. he/she manages in these cases the direct interaction between EcoSystem Service providers (incl. Bayer own services) The SM is responsible for the management of general contractual obligations, identifying risks. consulting suppliers with regards to performance & process improvements and manages cross-provider escalations fostering direct collaboration between suppliers. The SM facilitates the bilateral governance bodies (Service Delivery Committees) YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performance & Service Management Facilitate Service Delivery Committees (on global level) and maintain and track execution of agreed action items & mitigation of risks on SDC level Collaborate with Suppliers for Service Levels Performance reviews, trend/risk monitoring and definition of improvement measures. Manage resolution of escalated service quality issues with multiple suppliers involved. Route escalation of issues and complaints received from Bayer Service Managers and or other Supplier Senior leaders to corresponding Ecosystem parties and track resolution. Integration Explain ITSM process changes, guardrails and rules. Monitor adherence to correct ticket handling procedures and Ecosystem governance model Monitor P1 and P2 disruptions and collaborate with Major Incident Management (MIM) to restore services fast driving appropriate supplier actions. Facilitate appropriate meetings between Bayer stakeholders, data owners, Suppliers, and Service Integration Workstreams manage efficient resolution of cross supplier escalations wrt service quality, key projects Maintain escalation matrix, partner role & responsibility roster on operative level. Relationship management Ensure consistent & properly documented escalations to corresponding tactical committees (i.p. Management Committee). Manage and strengthen relationships with Supplier Service Delivery units. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor degree and/or relevant business experience Profound knowledge in ITIL Sound knowledge in the area of project management, IT services such as application support and development and computer/infrastructure services Strong Supplier Management, collaboration, conflict reconciliation and partnering skills Strong analytical skills, decompose high-level information into details Clearly & effectively conveys and/or presents information verbally Fluent English skills, both written and spoken Bayer does not charge any fees whatsoever for recruitment process.
