Designation: IT Services Sales Lead Experience: 8+ years Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven track record of successful IT services sales and business development, with at least 5+ years of experience and at least 1+ years in a sales leadership role. Deep understanding of the Global IT services market, including key players, trends, and client preferences. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet sales targets in a competitive environment. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Services Sales Lead to drive our sales efforts from. Offshore (India). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets in the competitive IT services industry. As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our suite of IT services to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Global market with focus on North America, targeting enterprises of various sizes and industries. Build a robust sales pipeline by conducting market research, networking, and leveraging existing client relationships. Develop a deep understanding of clients" IT needs and work with practice leaders to propose tailored solutions to address their challenges. Sales Strategy and Execution: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and lead generation (primary) to negotiation and contract closure (in collaboration with leadership). Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in client organizations. Understand clients" long-term objectives and position our IT services as integral solutions to their business growth. Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our IT services. Clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and address client inquiries. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the IT services domain. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our service offerings based on market demand and client feedback. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
