Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Mumbai, Ghatkopar (West), for a Customer Service Representative. The Candidate will be responsible for will be responsible for Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications Follow up to ensure that. appropriate actions are taken on customer requests Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. Helping Abandoned cart customer to convert their order into sales, by taking them through the checkout process. Ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer support, analyzing customer feedback, and communicating with customers. The candidate will work closely with the customer support team and the product development team to provide an excellent customer experience. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently communicate with customers Prior experience in customer support, preferably in a beauty or cosmetic industry is a plus Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus Bachelor's degree in any field, but a degree in business, marketing or communications is a plus Job Type: Part-time Schedule Fixed shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability (Only Saturday
