Position: Marketing Manager

Remuneration: - 6 - 8 LPA + Incentives

Responsibilities:

B2B & B2C Marketing & Sales, Corporate Marketing, Inside Sales.

Planning and implementation of various marketing activities to generate data base through BTL activity for Corporates.

Planning of ATL campaign and coordination with head office for its implementation.

Mentoring of sales executives and counselors.

Dealing with Pre schools / Schools to generate new admissions.

Represent the company/School in major education fairs.

Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale.

Generated leads and capitalized on valuable business opportunities to bring in new company revenue and improve bottom line profit.

Leveraged cold calling, in-person visits and referrals to build leads.

Requirements:

MBA

Multitasking.

Min. 8 10 Years & 4-5 years of relevant experience from any reputed school.

Excellent communication skills.
