Job Description

• Build, lead and mentor a skilled recruitment team
• Collaborate with leadership to align with business goals and growth objectives
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing and selection and guiding the team where required.
• Design and implement recruiting strategies
• Build an effective talent acquisition team and optimize team performance through effective communication, motivation, coaching, training and development.
• Create an environment that attracts, develops and retains talent. 

The Successful Applicant

• A track record of 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
• A proven ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters, achieving outcomes through effective leadership and mentorship.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling relationship-building across all tiers of the organization.
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset focused on delivering a superlative client experience.
• A proven passion for client-focused, results-driven approach, and a keen eye for new opportunities
• Rich experience in Client Management
• Good team player, who takes initiative
• Ignite passion in the recruitment team to ensure drive to provide growth.
• Create an environment that attracts, develops and retains talent.
