Position- Business Development Executive with Architectural Background No. of opening-1 Experience- 3+ Years Qualifications- Diploma In Architecture Salary- 25K to 35K per month ( negotiable) Commitment Period- 1 Year Job Location- Plot No. 111, Udyog Vihar Extension, Ecotech-II, Surajpur, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306 Working days- Monday- Saturday Working Timings- 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Roles And Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Utilize various. channels to generate leads, identify prospects, and engage in proactive outreach to expand the client base. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, architects, and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process from initiation to closure, meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute significantly to revenue growth. Networking and Industry Engagement: Actively participate in industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence and identify potential business collaborations. Requirements A background in architecture with a solid understanding of architectural concepts and industry dynamics. Proven experience in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management. Strong proposal development skills with the ability to create persuasive and tailored presentations. Demonstrated success in sales and revenue generation, meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional networking skills and a proactive approach to industry engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results. Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD software. Experience in an architecture/interior design firm is preferable. Skills: autocad,architect,market analysis
