Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Pinnacle Plastic Industries located in Indore. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting senior executives with day-to-day tasks such as managing tasks, managing follow-ups,, booking travel, and organizing meetings. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for preparing expense reports, providing executive support, and ensuring effective communication among staff, customers, and vendors. Qualifications Excellent Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills Ability to create accurate and timely expense reports Experience providing Executive Support Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
