Order Execution Activities After Sales Activities - To provide post sales assistance to customer in pursue of complete customer satisfaction Skills : Achievement Orientation Negotiation Strategic Planning Customer Orientation Roles & Responsibilities : Key Deliverables- Lead Generation: Generation of lead from existing customers & acquisition on new business accounts. Market penetration with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs & End users. Generation of leads as per the historical data base of application in. various core sectors like food, pharma, petro-chemical, chemical, etc. Pre- Sales: Techno-Commercial submission of offers as per Standard Operating Process in Sales Force CRM by understanding the customer requirement. Business Discussion: To pursue customers by using the knowledge of commercial acumen to convert lead into Purchase order. To retain existing customer and generate new customer business. Negotiate with the customers to achieve Win- Win situation & closure of orders. Order Processing: Conversion of orders from CRM to ERP / SAP/ ORACLE. Become a bridge between the customer & the company to ensure the execution of order. Post- Sales: To furnish the dispatch documents & payment collection. To compile daily report, Achievements & customer visits to meet Annual sales budget in Salesforce CRM
