Responsible for project management across the different vertical of CFC-Towers and working with the CFC initiatives multiple CFC-Tower Heads. CFC Team supports strategic "Cyber Security Programs" of the company by facilitating and executing on programs that are critical to the long-term success of the Corporation. Supports the implementation of project renewal across CFC verticals and. services by facilitating various work streams, creating and implementing departmental program management processes, tools and techniques. Leads projects to enable realisation of benefits for the programs, ensures best practices are used, and provides visibility to senior management on the current status of programs. Provides mentoring for the development of those in less senior positions. Lead the cyber security strategy and road-map as per CISO guideline and services across the globe, ensuring top-tier service delivery to multiple internal business & stake-holders, HOD, CXO's and MGMT. Streamline stakeholder communications processes to ensure timely delivery of content to relevant stakeholders. Drive various initiatives across various stakeholders globally to create positive impact on business KPIs. Extensive experience in running transformation initiatives across global stakeholders at scale and stakeholder management and should have self-driven initiatives / transformation as per projects requirement independently post CISO/CIO approvals. Project Planning: Planning on CFC projects pipeline, annual budgeting exercise for capacity enhancements and their approvals. Budgeting and Financial Management: Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints and on-time. Project/Program Scope and Tight Time-line Management: Define project scopes, and time lines, ensuring clear deliverable and milestones achieved with tight TAT. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and final project reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments such as R&D, manufacturing, operations, and regulatory affairs to ensure project goals are met for organisation's Cyber Security requirements. Stakeholder Management: Communicate project/program updates and progress to senior management, stakeholders, and relevant team's on-time without fail. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project/program management efficiency. Project/Program Reporting: Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the status and progress of ongoing and upcoming CFC projects at overall requirement for CFC Towers. CFC Program Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Handshake with procurement team to meet the TAT. The Successful Applicant Full-Time MBA/ Post graduate degree from a premier institution (A++ category) Project Management Professional (PMP) valid certification is mandatory.
