Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President (VP) of Sales in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) located in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets, expanding our existing customer base, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers and payers. The role will also involve collaborating with our internal teams to identify new business opportunities and providing customized solutions for customers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 10+ years of healthcare sales experience with a proven track record of success and exceeding revenue targets with notable clients in healthcare RCM. Strong network and. relationships with healthcare providers and payers in the region. Demonstrated experience in building and managing a high-performing sales team. Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customized solutions for clients. Experience with healthcare technology and Revenue Cycle Management software is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment (preferred).
